Anyone heard anything about shoutcast.com/winamp.com's advertising "Adsonar"?

I registered a couple weeks ago with deposit. It says ads active within a few hours, or 2 days for editorial review.
Well... its been 14 days now and not only that but no reply coming from support@adsonar.com or any of there contact methods.
I figured AOL would be respectable enough to not do this, I wonder if I have to chargeback to get the moneys back if they're just gonna hold it forever and never turn the ads on.
The ads say Active, they just never show and have 0 imp/0 click, and I have 1st place pricing and all the site placements selected.
