Nope, but you could try out perldesk and simply write out a FAQ in a HTML file ;)

You could email them and ask... (I know... duh... but...)

I've just asked live support on their site and this is what they said:

me: Hello Tom
Tom-AH2221: Thank you, how may I help you today?
me: I have a few questions.
me: The first one is a curiousity question - what software do you use for your FAQ/support articles?
Tom-AH2221: We are using
Tom-AH2221: PHP scripts designed in house team..
me: So they are not commercially available?
Tom-AH2221: Yes.
me: is that yes as in they are available?
Tom-AH2221: It is not available for commercial use.
me: ok. damn!
me: Thanks anyway!

In other words, it's not for sale!
