I'm trying to confirm if Ensim setup in an FTP program is different from other cp's. I was told that with Ensim, for the Host Name when creating a site in WSFTP or CUTEFTP, you need to put in the entire email address accountname@thesite.com rather than just the account name.

Can any Ensim users please confirm this for me?

for a name based site the username is user@domain.com etc.

ftp server:ftp.domain.com
username:user@domain.com
password:whatyouset
