As I play around with my color picker in my photo editor I am wondering what are some good hex color codes to use these days for a gaming site. Is it better to go all dark, or have a dark background with a light page content area still? I've never been very good with color matching as my wardrobe would suggest. Anyone out there with an eye for color? :stickout:

Dark is better for Graphic stuff.
Most gaming sites these days use portals such as PHP Nuke, and also forums such as SMF or VBulletin.
I prefer white background sites.

Play around with different colors, most gaming sites seems to go with darker colors but you could always go lite in the areas were theres text.
