I would like to know which are the steps to be done in order to have 2 different locations for my nameservers (the famous RFC2182 3.1).

Well we accomplish it by having servers in 2 separate datacenters.

Then DNS is setup in a master/slave, slave/master relationship all secured by TSIG keys to exchange the data.
