What do you mean by "cheap"? Usually Windows hosting doesn't really go into the same category as cheap when talking about Linux hosting.

when looking for a hosting package, need to make sure the provider has good tech support, cust service support and other support.

I feel support is more important than price.

I have tried many hosting provider before and I am satisfied with those have better support.

I am using exabytes.com now, the support is good and reliable.
I think they are having some buy 1 free 1 promotion now !
