I am trying to register some domains on my account with enom for the last 12 hours but I can not login.

It seems their server does not respond (ping, http).

I have tested it from several points.

Can someone please confirm?

where did you test it from?

It's strange. I tested it from two different ISPs and hostpulse ping tool.

I know used the squid server on one of my dedicated servers and seems to work :)

And eNom was doing system maintenance (http://www.enom.com/registrynews.asp) today, so that might have cause some of the problems.
