Hmm...than I should sue my previous employer for back wages. I spent a couple of years doing data center design for a large company (I started off in their backbone group, but Data Center stuff looked more fun :)). During that time I worked 12008s, 7200s, Catalyst 6509s, as well as Arrowpoint products and I never got paid anywhere close to $322,000 -- I never even made it to 6 digits.

Of course I am taking this way off topic...let me swing back:
