I believe he wants to know if all hosts here are ran by one person.

Which is why I voted (really I did vote) no. :)

I think only hosts that resell are one-man-operations. All the big guns, with their own Data-Centres, or servers either rented or colocated at DC's have multiple staff members. It gets tough operating a one man show as Kevin of HostPacket.net found out.
