I need a shared host, or perhaps dedicated (but managed) with at least 800 MB of space, and a good amount of bandwidth. I want it to be linux/Unix based with MySQL and PHP4 support. It must also have a Realaudio/video streaming server (Not HTTP streaming), though it could be the "basic" model that maxes out at 20 concurrent streams.

Who would be the best host for this? Does anyone think that dedicated might be the way to go? Currently the site is mostly just straight HTML pages, but we have a site I need to put up that'll be about 300 MB of downloadable files... but there won't be that many people downloading them, they're only for the internal staff of my organization.

Anyway... I'm looking for the best host recommendations! I'd preferred managed service. I don't want to have to worry about the latest security patches, etc.

You will more than likely NEED a dedicated server, if you are planning on 300mb of downloadable files!
