My site called District News (located at http://www.districtnews.net ) really badly needs a new design. If you'd like to give me your offers (along with some sample designs or templates), please post them below.

The site is regarding CBS's The District that airs Saturdays at 9 PM (Season Premiere will be on the 28th of this month).

A lot of people mistaken the actual content of the site, so I thought I'd let everyone know it is a news site regarding a TV show. Thanks everyone.

What's your budget Benjamin?

The design will be quite easy (not the design itself, just getting it done will be easy) and will most likely not take much time. I'm pretty much just looking for a fitting "template" and a very good logo that goes with the design. The design would only be needed to be created for one page ... then I would simply create additional pages with that design as needed.

Since this is such an easy design project (it won't take much time, trust me!). I'm probably looking for a price range between $50 to $85.

For the design, I'll go ahead and explain it here instead of having to explain it multiple times via email. I am wanting a navigation website, with different pages .... news headlines, features, contact, forums, etc. On the pages, the headlines or whatever other content would be listed to the right of the navigation. The design would be able to be added to the forums template, so maybe perhaps more of a minichure navigation, so the forums can have more room. A top (468x60), bottom (468x60), and skyscraper (120x600 & 160x600) will all be on each page, so take that into consideration.
