try CTOPAY. they are chineese from guandong province and working with bank of china.

CTOPAY was suck! high annual fee, and low % payment success, and no fraud protect, you will lost your product and money too!!

You are wrong, www.ctopay.com is for Chian mainland.(different service)
www.ctopay.hk is for oversea (different service)
www.ctopay.cc is for banks via bills. It is not for the customers.

I don't know why you say fraud fraud fraud ,again and again.

Noone having high volumes can consider seriously to work with ctopay who pays with 45 days delay lol :blush:
your solution may be good only for low volume merchants selling some virtual services with no actual delivery or no actual prices of a product/service.


start processing in Spring and get your funds in Summer lol :D

45 days only for Settlements, and such fund available, it may take 7-10 days wire to your account, total may need 50-60 days, also need setup fee and annual fee, you need pay first and get late..

you are correct

they have a low approval rate, no way to fight chargebacks even when customer got product, they dont pay after 45 days many times you have to wait for 3-4months or more and sometimes never
they demand proof of DELIVERY and dont accept proof of shipment even when you scan post office slip
so if you have no control over post office you can wait for months and never be paid

I've used moneybookers (http://www.moneybookers.com)and HooPay (http://www.hoopay.com). They have many currencies supported and China is allowed.
moneybookers has not got multicurrency account, that is you must open some accounts, one in USD, other in EUR..they don't support CNY currency.
HooPay has got multicurrency account and support CNY and USD.
