Hey,
We are thinking about maybe introducing live chat such as live person on our site ...
Do you think it can increase sales?

Are you talking about aim/icq/etc, or like on the site live chat?

Yes, it can increase sales a little. A lot of people like to get instant answers, when they visit a website, instead of starting their e-mail program , send you an e-mail, and wait untill they get an answer.

It definately can increase sales.
Well, provided there is always someone there.
And that someone has 'some' knowledge.

We use it at webhosting.net and a lot of people like things to be explained to them in real time. Worth a go!
Phplive offer a free ten day trial, cant hurt to try.

live person is certainly faster for a huge website with thousand of visitor.
Php Live fit very well for webhosting sales support.
Live Person is a good solution when you have 30 new visitor / sec, else choose Php Live, cheap, enough for most website and flexible.
