I want to put a complaint to the company rapidswitch.com Is this the right place

seeing as this is a public forum with feedback and qusetions related to WHT and INET, I guess not. best bet would be email the company directly. also if you want to share your thoughts / review of the company then post in the appropirate forum. e.g. if its about dedicated services post in dedicated forum like wise for colocation etc.

as I said above whats it to do with? dedicated servers? colocation? vps?
post it in the appropriate forum. better yet say what you got to say here and im sure if its in the worng place a mod will move it. I am not a mod or have the rights to do so, so I cant help you. sorry.

I have one simple question for you.
What has it got to do with WHT? You want to complain? Tell them, not WHT.
WHT is a community forum for webmasters. If you wish to, you may post a review regarding rapidswitch.com, however, in proper standard English, not some kind of foreign language. Please do not post a "review" where it is actually full of complains. Complains goes to the company you are referring to.
