I think I need a VoIP host. Something so I can duplicate this site : keen.com
I don't really know how it works, I've only been doing PHP, CSS, HTML and such, I've never done anything that involved C++, however I have researched and found Asterisk. I was wondering if this could help do something like Keen.com?
Please get back to me. :D

Are you looking at creating a VOIP hosting company? Or looking for a VOIP host? If you just want a host look at the special hosting offers section. Also, C++ and PHP are a lot alike, so you shouldn't have much trouble picking it up.

Don't forget you will need to send your traffic to POTS so you need some type of connectivity the most cost effective way to for few calls is a sip trunking, or if you need more than few calls simultaneous you should look at Virtual PRI or TD circuit.

Well, I'm not exactly sure what it's called on Keen.com whatever they're using. They click the button and it subtracts the credits from your account and adds it to the 'advisors' account. While they're on the phone! Which I think is really neat! If you know what it is please let me know. Thanks. :D and Thanks again for giving me the courage to start C++ lol

Hmm... Interesting... Do you know how these work? (Software used) I'm a n00b when it comes to the server requirements...
