Greetings,
I was wondering if anyone has been able to setup HyperVM on WHMCS successfully to setup the VPS automatically as well as send the welcome email with the VPS details.

I've been able to set it up with WHMCS but I never enabled the automated provisioning option. Are you having trouble getting it to provision automatically?

It is possible but they have to be all the default settings. If you wanted to give the client a upgrade, you would have to do it manually. I would however recommend provisioning each account manually to ensure that everything is up to your par.

Greetings,
I got the auto-provisioning to work but it doesn't send the welcome email with the HyperVM variables (i.e. IP address, username, password etc.) So I have to basically send it out manually and was wondering if there is anyway to accomplish this using WHMCS HyperVM module.
Unfortunately I haven't had any luck with WHMCS Support in regards to this who basically tell me to contact HyperVM directly.

I heard there was a different HyperVM module floating around the WHMCS forums. Might be something to look into?

There IS a better HyperVM module in development, however we still have a bit of a ways to go before the automating setup of a HyperVM VM is a flawless experience :(

We have configured Dragomir's Enhanced HyperVM Module ($25 EUR's) and it works great :D.

We use automated WHMCS provisioning on FSCKvps brand and it works fine. Upgrades and such go manually indeed (as well as most of addon features but that's another story). As for sending out the welcome emails, we do it from HyperVM directly rather than from WHMCS. HyperVM automatically emails customer with necessary details (you can play with variables, include IP, hostnames, plan details, ssh login etc etc). If that would work for you, then you can pretty much have the whole provisioning procedure automated.

I am trying to work on the same, whmcs is waiting for me to click accept order , how do i get around this say when some one payment has received whmcs has to make the client order active instead of keeping in pending.

We've always manually provisioned VPSs as the HyperVM module for WHMCS (the built in one) is junk imho.
