If you want a billing system you need to update your budget by at least 10 dollars. Also, money order is not a very urgent way to pay.........your not going to find a reliable host that will activate your account before payment is received.

Your budget seems to be inadequate from my end also. Money order payment also a bit tough to get as lonestar86 said. Some of your requirements are above the scope of your budget provided if you need a reliable provider.

Also, if I'm reading that correctly, you want an SSL included? If so, you REALLY need to up your budget. I'm sorry, but you need to either cut your requirements or raise your budget to get any reliable providor. You really don't need WHMCS/Client Exec if you can't afford it. It is possible to get your disk space. You need to lower your bandwidth as well.

If your looking for a quality host, your going to have to be looking to be paying at least $25+ for all those requirements. SSL certificates and billing system licenses don't come cheap.

You should be able to get all of that for your price range.

In my opinion, the disk space and bandwidth is managable for about $9 - $10/month but it won't include any billing system or SSL.

Most billing systems cost 12.95, & Do you mean ssl login or certificate ?

Billing system being ex. WHMCS $15 you will have to raise your budget :-)

That's a bad combination lol.
1. You won't get a reliable host with that budget giving you a billing software license and and domain reseller for free.
2. although your budget is good, the money order thing and the free billing software is asking for too much
3. you can't undo a money order, if they cancel your host account, you can't dispute it, or anything.
4. most hosts won't give you the account until the money order clears and that can take up to several weeks depending on how long it takes for the money order to get there.
