Can anyone recommend a quality support ticket system with the following:
1. Support tickets can be handled by email, customer isn't required to first create an account and login to the help desk but instead can simply email support directly i.e. support@host.com.
2. Customer receives an automated response with a new ticket number and customized message after a support request is mailed.
3. Tickets can be handled by support staff through a web interface and an email client is not required.
