Hi all,
I have got a strange problem. I have a vps registered on bellanet.org with two name servers ns1.bellanet.org and ns2.bellanet.org. These came with the initial package.
For every other domains I add, i just add ns1.bellanet.org and ns2.bellanet.org on the and their ip address on the registrar.
The problem is while moving the domain from joker.com, I continuously got error saying that ns1.bellanet.org and ns2.bellanet.org aren't valid nameservers.
And that "they are registered as A records and not nameservers."
This problem also occured while registration a new domain.
I am confused as to what is wrong with ns1.bellanet.org and ns2.bellanet.org.

They aren't registered, you need to register them at the domain company that holds bellanet.org. Some companies make this easier then others, some companies don't allow you to do it at all. You will want to contact the place that you have bellanet.org at for help in registering the nameservers.
