It is about one week that I try to contact sales@site5.com without any answer. Do you know if there is a problem with them ? I would like to have more information about their server and I hope that the support is more faster :-)

I sent them an e-mail regarding some reseller questions and they got back to my first e-mail quick, but nothing for my second, and it's been almost a day..

hmmm.. thats odd.. thats the first complaint i have heard about them.. they were moving to a new NOC, so i guess thats why they have the lag in answering emails.. why dun u send them an email again?
