I signed up with Readywire last fall after much careful research of different resellers. During that time, I had even signed up with a couple of popular ones that came highly recommended here (just to see which provider fit my needs). In the end, Readywire won out by a landslide.
This is what I have to say:
Readywire has EXCELLENT customer service! I have been helped by Brandon, Cole, Matt, Rick, and Missy on various issues. Regardless of time of day or day of the week, someone has been standing by to answer everything from super technical issues to not-necessarily critical issues.
What matters most to me as a customer is that I am not only given fast and reliable customer service, but also that there is a personal, friendly touch to it. The folks at Readywire have made me feel like I am apart of the Readywire family. They have always been very friendly and easy to work with. To me, this goes above and beyond good customer service as it lets me know that I am more than a number.
In addition, they have taken the time to answer questions not directly in the realm of being related to my hosting account. For instance, when I first started out, I asked Rick if they had any hosting templates available. In his response he stated that they didn't offer templates but he did manage to point me in the right direction and even gave me a few helpful hints that helped me make my CMS decision. He could have simply stated that they did not offer templates at this time and left it at that. Instead, he went the extra mile to help me out!
The server uptime has been fine and I have had no real "out of the ordinary" issues with that. In the beginning there were some issues with one of their servers. However, Rick kept all of the customers in the loop and updated every half-hour if needed until the problem was solved. I didn't need to bother customer-support with the server issue because they were already on it and communicated it right away.
If you are looking for a reseller with fast, friendly and reliable customer service and wish to be more than just a number, check out Readywire! I highly recommend them! :)

Good to see you are happy with them.
Not like I don't believe you, but please report a domain you're hosting with them by clicking the report button above your post (It's the way WHT handles reviews ;))
Thanks! :)

OOps! Sorry about that!
I am hosting http://osbhostwire.com with them. The site isn't fully set up as of yet as I am *almost* done with my design so you'll see the Joomla "under construction" page. :)

Unforunately I'd have to disagree with you. I had a reseller that I hosted a few of my clients on- I signed up with on February 2nd.
In the initial 2 weeks I signed up, there were 4 reported outages. 2 in 2 days! There hardware was terrible, and apparently after using a promo code, I was not allowed to be given my money back.
Their service was far from exceptional IMO. I lost several clients due to them and now I am on the brink of shutting down part of my hosting operation.
edit: I had roughly 2 hours in downtime.

It seems the amount of hosts who treat each client as a valued customer is consistently shrinking, so this is great to hear. Glad everything is working well for you and I hope it continues!

TG,
As I mentioned in an earlier email to you, we regret the network & server downtime that you and your customers experienced.
Unforunately I'd have to disagree with you. I had a reseller that I hosted a few of my clients on- I signed up with on February 2nd.
Our data center has assured us that the network issues that you encountered have been corrected and the RFO that was released to us indicates new & robust equipment has been put in place to ensure that such issues won't happen again in the future.
We did experience a minor issue with your server late one night that after diagnosis required a reboot. Unfortunately, the server went into fsck upon reboot.
Network failures, hardware issues, software issues, and the like do happen and are inevitable. However, all the time, our system administrators and technicians at the data center worked diligently to get the the server up and running as quickly as possible. Thankfully, this outage occurred during off-peak hours and the server returned to its normal state a little less than two hours later. Nonetheless, any unpredicted & unannounced downtime should not be tolerated.
...and apparently after using a promo code, I was not allowed to be given my money back.
The plan that you elected was not eligible for a refund, as indicated on the WHT post and on our website. However, I did agree to post a credit to your account above and beyond what our SLA agreement calls for.
I wish you nothing but great success with your new host home. :agree:

To make a customer feel like this is pretty difficult thing IMHO. So I would like to appreciate Rick for that. I am really happy to see that your research has ended in a satisfactory solution for your hosting needs. Thanks for the review. Keep us updated again.
