Hello All,
I'm going to leave weberz, i have a reseller account there, but I got more problems with them everyday, to be honest, they have good support but sometimes it took days to resolve, and for windows feature they only support asp.net 2, their control panel h-shpere which I think it's more complicated then other specially for end users.
what I'm looking is good reliable reseller windows hosting , to move my domain from weberz to them
at least 4GB space, 40GB bw, and support for asp.net 3.5 and sql server 2005

I am not sure about this either...
To OP - What is your budget? Do you have preference for particular flavor of Windows (2003 or 2008)?

Rick,
Win2003 will be fine, but will be better with 2008.
budget around 20$, I don't have high volume sites.

You have a decent budget.. I would recommend you to go for Win 2008 / IIS 7 as it has some good performance benefits. Did you tried browsing through the offers section here? Be sure to do good amount of research for your prospective host using the search feature Here (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php) to ensure that you do not end up with an unreliable host.
Good luck!

Care to elaborate? Did you mistake weberz for warez?
As far as I've seen, the OP hasn't even mentioned his domain.
