Hello,

Recently we are having some major problem with PaySystems.com

Since 3 days, non of our recurring transactions has been captured. It doesn't state whether it's been declined or what. Not even among the settled orders.

Have contacted them, and till now no response.

Anyone else facing the same problem ?

I use them as well and have not had any "recent" problems. I sometimes find a TT that doesnt' get answered within 24hrs and I shoot them another one with a CC to billing, which usually gives me a response.

Not sure if you were aware of this, but when you receive notification of TT submitted/accepted, you can reply to it with your ID number at the front of the Subject line. This is a company that uses the "close in one" method of responding to TT; which I really hate -- no offense intended to anyone else. :D

This happened about 2 weeks ago as well. They're responsive and will sort any issues out quickly though, so just cross-check your recurring with your own records if you have any. Hopefully it can all be attributed to the upcoming changes with their system.

I havn’t had any problems, everything running smoothly as usual :)
