Hello All,

Just got a reseller account with 'private namesrvers', and now I have to 'register my nameservers with my registrar'

The problem is that I use ccTLD and the is no such option to 'register nameservers'.

Maybe somebody knows... Technically what should I do to 'register nameservers'?
ns1.domain.com. IN A 123.123.123.123 ? Or what?
(123.123.123.123 - is IP provided by host for NS server)

Of couse, I contacted my registrar, but I believe they dont know either...

Thanks for any help,
Ivan

Hello
Your registrar MUST be able to do this for you.

If you have problems I believe its still possible to register name servers through networksolutions.com even if the domain is not registered through them.

Or contact your domain register and ask them to register the nameservers for you. :)

[edit] I broke the rules by posting a link to our Knowledge Base about this subject. My apologies. :o

Thanks GordonH,
The problem is that I use ccTLD (country code domain for some 'Banana-land'), they DONT do 'nameserver registration'

And where can I register name servers through networksolutions.com?

Thanks.

Can I handle this 'nameserver registration' using one of the DNS services? (zoneedit.com, mydomain.com)

Thanks
