We previously had some Game Servers that used to be provided in that location, but do not provide any dedicated services there any more. All of our equipment is in Kansas City, MO and Toronto CA now.

Not sure I understand your question, however a remote power switch is in place that you would have access to. If you need someone to do anythign to the server that requires physical access we have 24/7 physical access to the equipment.

Time Warner is not in BGP mix right now you are correct but it is availiable if needed from what I understand.
