hi everybody,
this is my first time posting on this forum, here is the story :
3 months ago, i created a reseller account with pc-core.net, they were advertising in this forum (reseller webhosting),
i transfered a part of my websites to their servers in a couple of days, then i registred some domain names with them,
till that time everything was ok, maybe some down timesm but we can say it was ok,
3 weeks after, we began a new era, firstly they changed me from server to another, and everytime they do that i have to update all the domain names parameters with other registrars, sometimes they forget to register my private name servers so nothing`s ok,
i registred 2 other domain names, that never work and anytime i ask them to fix that problem (you know their response) = nothing,
10 days ago they shut down the server where i had my reseller account without transferring my account (what do you think?) and without warning me of the date they will stop it (so i can update my backup),
now after 10 days there is no response to my posted tickets, nor to my emails, even their website (pc-----core......net is offline since last saturday)
actually they have other trademarks online (allreseller, cheapwebhost, anrhost, cshelpdesk, ...)
now with no response, nor a website online, how do you think an unlucky customer as me, can transfer his domain names without the authorisation code, or have his backup, so i can migrate to another host, just to keep the business online, and you know how it`s hard to have and keep new clients actually,
what do you think ?

pc-core.net went out of business last month (2 months ago)... The server you had was probably shut down by the ISP that they were reselling since payment stopped. What you just described happened to many people, I sorry to say.

You need to search it here and you will see that they are gone already :-(
I hope you can still get all your domains.

Ouch, sounds like you're really not having a good time.
Unfortunately, it seems you're stuck in the mud, PC-Core have access to the domains and most likely (if any), your backups.
Unfortunately again, they have WHOIS privacy, which in my opinion is not good for a webhosting company.
I wish you the best of luck with getting in contact with them, keep trying.

EDIT: Woah! They're gone? I need to keep up with the latest news, no idea how that got past me. I feel for you.

Don't worry. Just a simple search will provide you hot threads regarding this issue.:)

They have servers with burst and burst gave 3 days to get backup. I am sorry to say that you are late to get in action. Now you need to keep trying to get domains.
Goodluck

how to get back the domains ? Chances are they were resellers of some accredited domains registrar. Do a whois on your domain(s) (whois.domaintools.com) and you might find it out. Ask them for assistance in getting control over your domains (provide them with links that confirm pc-core.net's fall).
Good luck!
PS. If you want us to, we could move this thread to the Domain Names subforum (report your own post), where people with first hand experience in these matters could advise you. Or you can start a new thread there, to specifically address your domains issue.

To anyone that was "scammed" by PC-Core if you visit a site like http://domain-history.domaintools.com (http://domain-history.domaintools.com) for a nominal fee they will send you the previous whois records for the domain. I did manage to view the whois information in between them trying to apply the privacy protection and I always seen Cody Salters name, even when he said he was no longer with the company he was listed as the owner.
This might not help the OP but this whois privacy thing, it was always WebHostingTalks policy to have the actual contact information for domains that advertise on here with privacy protection and since Pc-Core did alot of advertising on WHT im sure the mods or the staff have up-to-date whois information for pc-core.net

I hope you can get your domains but I'm sure your data is completely gone. I hope you had some backups :(
You're not likely to be able to recover anything/losses from pc-core.

hi everybody,
now my domain names are back again to their owner, thanks to gotonames.com they were highly responsive and they fixed this problem,
for pc-core they don`t respond to any mail i send to them for the data backups, even the same people still on the business of webhosting like :
anrhost
cshelpdesk'.'net
cause till the last moment before they vanished my helpdesk ticket was answered using those domain names, so be aware,

mc-2000, if your question is, is pc-core allreseller I do not believe they are related.
