Hey guys..... I want to run Axosoft's OnTime software but it needs Microsoft SQL Server to run amongst other things so apart from me setting up my own local server to run it I was hoping to find a cheap hosting solution for it ($14.95/month MAX).

I talked to HostGator but they told me that I more than likely need a dedicated server to run it or possibly a VPS (which they didn't offer); I only plan to use this for myself (so only one user) so would I really need something like that or could I get away with something cheaper in my price range?
Any thoughts?

You could try the hostquote feature on WHT. Many of the hosts here are linux based.
Also this is not the offers and requests section so nobody can advertise themselves.

Does the install on the serverside require using Windows Installer or running an Executable? If so, then you wouldn't be able to do this anywhere for the budget you've got listed since it won't be allowed in a shared environment - you'd need VPS or Dedicated instead.

You should look into CrystalTech - they offer a wide range of windows hosting products and were fantastic when I was with them.
