Can anyone tell me if IdeaStack is a reliable and good reseller host, or is a scam like DrVPS.com? Has anyone had webhosting with them?

I can't say that I've even heard of them. Contact their support and see how they do with your ticket. We can't presume a company to be "scammy" without any testimonies or proof
