Please contact me with any complaints you may have - we have had a couple of server reboots in today, but apart from that we have had no downtime, so I'm interested in what you base your post on.

NAC had some routing issues earlier which caused some connectivity problems for some clients, but this was out of our control..

If you cant send in a helpdesk ticket or reach my email, please PM me. I have had the afternoon off and have just got in to find this mess - so please contact me asap to resolve any problems you may have.

may have had something to do with the Internap routing issues .. no traffic was going through internap for a few hours atleast, we've tested it from locations all over the world

The helpdesk and your account would have been on seperate servers, so no doubt it was either a datacenter network issue or an ISP issue. :)

Voxtreme and the others are down!

It must be NAC again!

The Europe has been blocked out again. It seems that the last time didn't found what was the problem..

FIX IT !!!

By any chance do you use BT or an ISP that uses BT lines?

Well I am in Italy and I am hosting a site for a friend on voxtreme.
From a past traceroute I am moving through bbc.co.uk not BT. I do not know if it is something with London's Central.

Why I cannot find the server through another route?
The ISP is having several lines through UNET and Qwest as well directly from Italy to USA. ????

There have been connectivity issues to NAC from Freeserve for the last few hours although things seem settled again now.

I've been w/ Voxtreme for 5 months.

And I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Uptime is great, service is beyond compare, and they are willing to speak honestly about their failings as well as their strengths. I will gladly continue to pay money for the services they provide.

We are a competitor of Voxtreme, but I only have good things to say about Matt and his crew. I have talked to matt on numerous occasions before and he is a standup guy. :)
