Apparently the server all my accounts are on is down for the count and has been for more than 24 hours. One of my big problems is that the domain with my main email account is one of the domains hosted with them.
Their "live chat" support isn't working. Their ticketing system gives an error, i've tried emailing their support with no response.
Does anybody know how to contact them? Any phone numbers?
I'm posting on this forum because I originally found them here under the offers section, so I'm hoping for a response here.

Honestly does it matter anymore? This has been a recurring problem for quite some time. Downtime is seemingly arbitrary. No notifications are sent, and response time is lamentable. It’s like we’re expected to be kept in the dark.
