Hello everyone, I'm a marketing coordinator who is just getting involved with a webhosting/IT Automation company, so I thought I would jump aboard the forum to see what's what, and to learn about the industry. I'm not new to marketing, but I am new to this industry, so I'm gonna be asking a lot of questions over the next few weeks, I'm sure, especially about SaaS, which will be my focus, I'm told.
