this night our Cobalt RaQ 4i suffered from too much load (CPU and memory). Now I can't access the admin features (the browser connects to the server then just waits until it time outs) and the hosted sites can't access as well their admin menus.

Any clue?

Reboot! If you dont have physical access to the server, contact your ISP and ask them to reboot it for you.

You could try this to restart admin:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv restart

Our host was kind enough to quickly reboot our server when we asked for it.
