Does anyone know of hosting company that offers a good anonymous support for their resellers. I know that ***** does but we are all familiar with the fact that they are crap.

Now, I am not going to say whether they are crap or not (I haven't had any problems... yet!), but you can be a reseller for http://www.centralinfo.net and it's pretty anonymous.

*****.com is the only one I know of, but just note I have yet to hear a GOOD thing about them.

OLM provides 24/7 anonymous end-user support for their RSE service.

It's probably going to be hard to find a host that will support your clients directly. The reason having resellers is advantageous to these companies is the fact that they get a sales (marketing) force (you) that only gets paid when they make sales and tech support (you) that handles the minor technical issues.

There might be one out there, but I don't know of them.

If you are going to sell hosting you must expect a time investment! Eventually you can cut your support hours by providing a redundant FAQ/help section.

You may have to go with a sales agent type arrangement instead of a traditional reseller if you want the parent host to do the tech support.
