We simply cap the speed of your server's line at 10mbps and it is on a shared switch with others on a 100mbit connection, which is a little different than having a 10mbps line just dedicated to your server. I think you'll be a little hard pressed to find a deal a much better server with 10mbps of unmetered dedicated bandwidth for the same price, but I could be way off.
