My problems were:
I create my account on 8/ene/09 made me a 50% discount, I am supposed to charge 1/feb/09 this month, but surprise, They charge me on 21/Ene/09, so now i couldn't ask for my 30 days warranty. Good way to lose your 30 days.
The servers had problems with DNS.
The uptime, started well but then it was bad, sometimes at night in Mexico, I noticed that my sites were not in line for a couple of hours, which makes me think that administer the servers at will.
The technical service. I did normal questions, a basic reseller, nothing difficult, and the responses were very slow.
And something that I take into account much that is apparently as HostGator Dedicated Servers for LiquidWeb. And I think it is good business and there are many, but it is disappointing that they can sell themselves as servants. I do not know, maybe this wrong.
ADVANTAGES:
The site has it ready in no less than 10 minutes. Start your scripts were very welcoming and quick.
ABSTRACT:
Very bad experience, I am totally disappointed and feel that they are very young or lacks the experience of others, expected to improve.
And this goes for them and all hostings, sell what you really are and what they really are willing to offer.
Do not re-hire. Maybe in 3 or 4 years. They need to get experience.
