verza.com do not offer recurring charging from what they told me. Recurring is when you want to charge customers $10 a month automatically without getting the customer to confirm the transaction each month.

http://www.revecom.com provide a recurring billing option amongst other useful features for a reasonable 3.95% transaction charge.

I don't think you'll find a *free* payment provider as such. There would be very little incentive for a company to do that I think :) You'll either get a % charge or a monthly fee (or both, or both and more).

If I ever did find a free one I doubt I'd ever use it as their services are going to be suspect at best.

For low-cost, try Revecom , I-Bill, or Instabill.
