If you do a home backup in your cpanel, not a full backup. It will backup all e-mail address and than you can upload that backup in cpanel restore and it will add all the html files and e-mail files. Hope this helps and if you need any additional help feel free to PM me.

he said he wants to create a 1000 emails, not back up all the emails. two different things :)
and as far my knowledge goes, you can't really do it that easily - why would you need a 1000 email accounts anyway?

I don't believe there is a method to create 1000 email accounts instantly. You might have to stick with doing it the old fashioned manual way. Why would you need that many emails anyways? If your planning on sending emails for all 1000 accounts, I think your provider would not allow it. Plus, most email providers would probably blacklist your IP's as you would be sending large amounts of email.

I thought he wanted to move the 1000 accounts to another. My apologizes and yes I agree why would you need 1000 e-mail accounts anyway.

You can use Gmail and create mass mails using their list. Use Google apps.

Google apps does have a limit on the amount of emails you are able to send... just thought I would point that out...

You could use the new bulk upload tool in cPanel.
You do this by going to the Mail column in cPanel and then click Import Email Accounts.
On your local computer make a csv file using the instructions in cPanel.
Thanks,

Hello,
Is there a way to create 1000 email accounts in cpanel using a script or so?
Yes, if you are on cPanel 11.24 or later. First, create a CSV (comma separated values) file. We support commas, spaces, semicolons, tabs and printable characters (e.g. *, >, a, 1) for separators.
If these will just be forwarders, include one column for the forwarder you wish to create (e.g. davidg) and another column for where the forwarder should forward mail to (e.g. me@example.com).
If these will be email accounts, you will need columns for:
- the account to create (e.g. davidg)
- domain the email address should be created for (e.g. example.com)
- quota (in MB)
- password
Once you have created the file, just go to the Mail section of your interface then click on "Import Addresses/Forwarders." This will walk you through the process of importing your file.
If the first line of the file is actual data you want to use rather than column headers, please uncheck "Treat first row as column headers"

other problem that might happen is timeout when you importing the csv to cpanel. i never tried the cpanel email import tool before so not sure how does it perform on creating such big amount of email accounts
