Wonder if anyone is interested in a 'Virtual Switchboard' with an Auto Attendance feature, i.e Press 1. for sales, 2. for Tech Support etc etc

I can currently only setup them up for UK based companies and can provide you with 0800, 0870, 0906 numbers. The numbers can be ported to any phone including landline and mobile (Further charges for mobile)

The cost of a virtual switchboard would be £125 setup (to configure all the settings and number porting etc for a basic system, for more complicated please contact us for a quote) and £20 per month ongoing charge for the number and service.

The switchboard can be as easy or as complicated as you wish, you may add your own fax system to the switchboard alongside it as have any faxes delivered to your e-mail.

You could also setup a 'voice' registration line whereby customers call an answerphone and the details left are automatically e-mailed to you.

The System can be working within 24 hours of sale with the exception of 0906 numbers whereby we need to apply for a licence.

For the above system we can also provide professional voice prompts rather than computer generated ones, the cost of these are £25 for the voice over time and 60p per word.

We can tailor the switchboard to do pretty much anything you would like, if you have an idea why not contact us and see if it is possible.

Compared to purchasing a whole telephone system we think it is excellent value for money, you pass all the difficult stuff to us.

seems like an awesome idea, try to get this available in the US and you'll have a great response.

I'm in the process of organising a US partner to alllow us to provide the same service in the states and Canada.

The solution is completely customisable, I use it for my own hosting company and have sold the solution to many large companies here in the UK.

I just thought I would share the opportunity with other web hosts but so far no one seems interested.

That is simply because this board is primarily hosts from the US.
