For these current specials they are indeed a deal from CoreNetworks, we are willing to accept Paypal where they do not. However 3StrikesDesign also has servers in two additional datacenters. At this time we do not have any openings on our co-location agreements. One of the facilities in Rochester is maxed out and the other just recently aquired some additional space. As soon as they open up some room we will be putting more of our own servers back online as specials.
