Am i able to get CentOS5? Is warez allowed? Are DMCA policies ignored or am i able to ignore them?

And on top, also warez hosting allowed?

We only deny and passively monitor for Spamming and Kiddyporn materials.
We are not the police so we dont act like them either. Every customer is responsable for his own (leased) server. This is written in the agreement that customer will need to agree to.
CentOS is available only on Server #2 but setup time will be longer has this OS needs to be tested for stability on this hardware first.

If you can get CentOS 5.2 on the second server, ill order.

If tested stable.. yes! :)

Do you offer more ram? If so what are the prices?
Can I have centos 5.2 on the Dedicated Server 3? It should be no problem...
And can you setup centos 5.2 on Dedicated Server 3 in 2-3 days? REALLY need a server now URGENTLY due to problems with my other host.
