Hosts, that offers affordable plans, advertise to the developing countries such as the Philippines, South American countries where there are a lot of web developers, and especially web designers and web bloggers that are still clinging on to the free web pages with annoying ads.

www.Pinoyexchange.com --Top forum site. It's hard to access the site if your a guest or a free account member, just be patient. It has a 250 users online limit.
