I want to introduce a web hosting company that lossed my data after 3years,
i begined with pronethosting.net 3 years ago after several problems they had on their servers and rolled back data to 1month back, 2 month ago sudenly one of their windows servers with ip address 74.52.3.34 went down, and after a week they said hard drive failed, backup drive failed and they can not restore my data for around 169 websites, they said restore company will do the job , but they was not currect they even didnt asked any, because i found several companies that said they will do this in a week but after 1 and half month they said we are sorry, and also i said them i am ready to pay for restore give it to better restore company but they said we are sorry,
Right now i ask any person who likes his sites data or resellers who likes his customers data loose, go with pronethosting.net

Sorry to be negative but;
If the data meant a lot to you, wheres your own backups? regardless of what level of raid or how many backups your host takes, the user should _always_ take thier own for piece of mind.

I have personally not used plesk for a few years, but there is an option called "backup manager" which you can backup all your content to a remote location and it still exists in thier online demo.

Pronethosting is terrible, I have very bad experience with them

If this was your job, you should have taken steps to make sure that you had backups and a plan in case such a thing happened. Every company that is serious about what they do has a disaster recovery plan and/or a business continuity plan.

The only thing i could do to get backup of my reseller acoount was to ask them to locate a full plesk backup of my reseller account on ftp and i download it, while they allways said they do not do this for me, could you please tell me what could i do to get plesk backup of thos bulk domains?
Offer me a solution maybe others can use it

Erm, if they lost thier backups and thier main data.. how are you going to make a backup of your reseller? as i said above Plesk has "Backup Manager" in the control Panel for this purpose.

another things they said they try to restore data via restore company but after more than one month told nothing while i spoked with some compnaies and day said even hard drive damaged via fire, they can restore, i asked them to send hard drive for me to restore and at first they told ok, but after one week email they said we can not because security issues that was ok so i found a company in us near them that told me they can restore too, their website is http://www.dtidata.com i told pronethosting.net that i am ready to pay any expenssess regarding to restoration and i just need my data back, but no answer from them yet,
What do you think i should do?
They have very bad support,
as i have heard before ,in regullar situations all company supports are same but in hard situation you can find out which company is good,
I had several experiences and i found out at last liquidweb.com, i tell everyone who needs server or VPS use them, because of great support , and never tell we can not, they do what you can not dream a datacenter do for you
