Hello I'm running a hosting company for a few years now.. but it has been up and down.
I'm having a hard time covering cost and looking to throw some money at the problem to hire some staff and maybe revamp my website.
my site is <<snipped>>
We have a great client base and we host for a lot of major artist in the music industry and this is also a reason why our cost are so high.
we have a nice high end server and hardware firewall 8cpu's 8gb ram 4tb hdd we also have a lot of software whmcs owned whmsonic owned clip-share installtron fantastico whmreseller and lots of other applications and we even have some of our own in development.
but we are just not getting enough clients to cover our cost.. I wish I could just find a great business partner that can help take care of a lot of other aspects of running a hosting company. we are in a great position and have a great deal of options for free advertisements in magazines on t.v on dvd's radio stations and across 90% of our clients websites and we have a lot of major artist that will endorse our services.
right now I have come into some money and I'm looking at hiring on some full time staff to turn my company around.. can anyone give me some advice on hiring the right staff or advice on anything I'm asking about?
offer any options to help my company explode and take over the music industry? maybe your a hosting company that would be interested in joining forces to take our company to the next level.
Any advice would be great.
Thank you all.

We are a specialist shoutcast host with some unique products and would be interested in seeing if there is any common ground or a way to work together. We have many strong connections in the music world as all our staff are professional producers, DJs and studio engineers. pm me your email if you wish to discuss.

do you need to be spending resources/time on developing software?

how would the new full-time staff increase the number of customers?

Thank you for your feed back.. this thread is old and should be closed now.. I just wanted to respond to the one user that posted awhile ago. I over looked this thread long ago.

Things have gotten a lot better for my company.. but i'm still a one man show.
Still looking for that right business partner to help me cover all angels and make everything run a little more smooth.
