Thank you for your kind words about my new forums.
I checked everywhere to see where i could post this and i felt this was the best thread to post in.

I feel it does fall under 'web related services' and i am offering people the oppurtunity to discuss search engine optimization.

So i don't think i broke any 'rule' .
