Okay i think this is going to be a very silly question, is there any program out there besides MS visual studio .net that allows one to create .aspx files? I mean without hand typing and all.
The reason being, ms visual studio costs a bit too much in the $$$ department...

You have to pay more if you want to have latest technology.
.aspx are built in .net only. No other way out.

Actually, Microsoft has made it EASY and FREE to make ASP.NET pages.
