Because, GoDaddy gives .com domains and all the rest, for much cheaper, I never paid more than 7$ for a new domain or renewal, even if they have bigger price, you simply find online a coupon and checkout much cheaper!

is it an ETP Account? If "yes" then ETP accounts are not transferable and the original owner can claim it anytime. If "no" then it does not cost $995! :D
