We originally signed up because they were one of the more well-known monitoring services, and they offered several contact methods including a real phone call. They are on the pricey side though... our monthly bill is over $200/month to monitor 20 servers. WHRKit 02-02-2009, 03:13 AM It's like buying a Lexus, when you can also drive a Buick ;). There are so many other services out there that work good, too. I personally use a service called wormly.com. Weird name maybe, but I have been using them for many years now. |
