I thought I'd post my experience with Aquarious Storage so far. I recently signed up with them after about two months of sizing up potential reseller/vps hosting solutions.
From day one they have been very helpful and patient with my pre-sale questions.
I've contacted support a few times over some issues with my account when it was setup and even just for some help getting on my feet. They were very prompt in their replies, made me feel at ease and were quicker than I expected in resolving all the issues.
All in all I am happily setting up my own sites, without even worrying about my host because they haven't had any downtime that I've noticed at all.

I heard that they have a pretty nice setup hardware wise. Come back and update us after a couple of more months and let us know if things are still going as well!
