If you are a Planetdomain reseller what are your thoughts and experiences as a reseller?
We moved to PlanetDomain after no longer being interested in the Wild West Domain program we had. PlanetDomain offered us a way to have our own reseller program without fees and it seemed like a good choice. While we didn't purchase alot of domains with them (mostly due to the pricing) the customer service we experienced over there has been about a 5 on a 1-10 scale.
For the longest time they published contact information for people that didn't exist and e-mail addresses that went no where for reseller help, they did respond to a few questions we entered in their ticket system but it seems like they are selective in what they answer and how soon they get back to us.
We now use another reseller program and are moving/canceling domains from our PlanetDomain program and I can't even find out how to cancel domains, is it possible to cancel domains with PlanetDomain? We asked their support but haven't heard anything.

I can't comment on planetdomain, but what do you mean by "cancel a domain"? You either renew it, transfer it, or let it expire.

I would just let them expire, make sure that there is no AUTO RENEW option, thats all. :)

serve-you, I mean cancel it. If I buy a domain and no longer want it (not expecting a refund) I should be able to cancel it. GoDaddy lets you, WildWest (their reseller program) and I believe NetEarth also does.
If I let them expire then they go into redemption period. What right does PlanetDomain have to sell someone a domain for 10 bucks, customer doesn't want it anymore, they won't cancel it then they charge $75 to get that domain back.
This practice doesn't seem any different then what network solutions was doing registering domains customers were searching on just to sell it to them if they came back to buy it.
I did speak with PlanetDomain a few minutes ago and they are going to cancel the domains for us, so kudos to them. If their pricing wasn't so high and if the support was always like this we might of done more business with them.
