Urban-Unmetered.com; unmetered simplified.
First lets start with the network:
Our network infrastructure is a simplified two-tier design based on routers and switches all from Extreme Networks. At the core of our network we have multiple routers all employing BGP routing protocols. Each core router consists of dual MSM management modules (in active-active mode) providing both improved routing speeds and resiliency.
Every customer attached switch is multi-homed to our core routers. This provides fault-tolerance and redundant network paths in the case of connectivity loss to a core router.
Second, 95/5 Bandwith Usage:
We give you a 100mbps port to start out with. As the bandwidth is used and the average speed rises over your allowed speed your traffic will be shaped until the average falls back into the bandwidth category you are billed for.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burstable_billing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burstable_billing) for more details.
Where are my OS, IP and bandwidth options? - You may further customize your order by clicking ‘Place Order’ on the server hardware you wish to customize.

Wait I dont get it..is it Unmetered Dedicated or Unmetered shared? Can you make that clearer? If it's shared, then amongst how many servers?

Hello,
It is dedicated at the switch level. You're getting you own 100mbps port to the switch. Each switch is loaded to just below capacity (24 port switch with 20 ports used [as that is as many servers as our rack's hold] with 2xGig up links to the core network)
Past that you're into the core network of our DC and then to the internet where all bandwidth is shared regardless.
Take away point: You'll get to use all of the bandwidth you pay for without any issue.

One more question if you dont mind. You say:

Does this mean I could go above my alloted 100Mbps, but according to your 95th percentile, I'd be averaged out to 100Mbps usage?
Basic bottomline question here would be: Will I be able to use my 100Mbps 24/7 to the max...i.e pull 32TB out of it?

There are many bandwidth levels. If you pay for 100mbps usage, then yes, you can use that much.
The base price is 100mbps burstable with 5mbps average usage. With 95/5 billing and flat out usage you could move ~ 6500 GB that is going flat out in both directions.
Breaking that down even more: ~3250 GB outbound is on the same level as a standard 10mbps unmetered connection, however we're giving you the advantage of bursting to 100mbps.

does this mean there is still a chance that i will be billed for "overages" of the "allotted" bandwidth?
how much with cPanel + Fantastico?

Hello,
You will never be billed more than your agreed monthly price. You can't go over on our unmetered services. Your traffic will shaped until you fall back into your alloted bandwidth usage.
cPanel licenses for dedicated servers aren't provided by Urban-Unmetered at this time. However you're welcome to bring your own license.
